We at Prate Roofing will supply you with the warranty on the new roof from the manufacturer, and we offer you a maintenance program tailored to your roof system and budget. Minor issues arise yearly due to the building settling, winter damage, high wind damage, traffic on roofs and normal wear and tear. Proper maintenance of these minor issues will assure that your roof system will perform well for all the intended years.
Our program includes removal of any debris such as leaves, small branches, dirt, rocks, etc. that have accumulated. Cleaning gutters, downspouts, drains and the surrounding areas to make certain they allow water to flow off the roofing system. Minor repairs including touch-up caulking, resealing suspect mechanical and parameter base flashing and small patches, and all other necessary checks to ensure your roof performs well for the entire life of the system.
